All tap classes emphasize performance skills of Hoofing Styles and Broadway Tap. As the student progresses to a more advanced level emphasis is put more on the hoofing style of tap. All dancers develop tap vocabulary and will be taught to produce clean sound and musicality. In the early part of the session, music is not used during instruction to force dancers to listen and understand rhythm and timing.

• Warm-Up (Strengthen dancers muscles & coordination)
• Exercises (tap vocabulary, timing & technique)
• Progression (traveling across the floor)
• Choreography (Dance Combination)
