Focusing on dance styles from West Africa ( Guinea, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Senegal etc.), South Africa, etc. accompanied by live music (Drum Ensemble).

Classes begins with a 10 - 15 minute warm-up to relax & stretch muscles which aids' in the development of coordination. A dance routine is taught and "broken down technically" for students followed by "across the floor". Across the floor helps students learn to travel with movement & build stamina and technique (skills). The routine is then presented for the final time or students may freestyle in a dance circle.
